Dallas Blooms 2010

And now we're onto the Dallas Blooms section of my photo blog. I went to the Dallas Blooms festival at the Dallas Arboretum a couple weeks ago with David's aunt, Barb, who has recently switched to a DSLR. I rented a 105mm macro lens and had a blast getting shots like this with the shallow depth of field. One of my favorite images of the day. And I'm sure you'll be tired of flowers, especially my favorite tulips, before long, but too bad. It's MY blog. ;-) If you can't see it, click on the shot to view it large size and see the dew on the tulip. Beautiful!

What great detail.....excellent job.

I don't like the light color behind the dew tulip though.
