Did you notice how Jonathan is nowhere to be found in these shots? He wouldn't get near them. He claims they all scared him, except Bugs Bunny who he said "hi" to but freaked when Bugs actually took a step in his direction. Maybe next year.

James was absolutely scared to death of the characters too at that age.
I have a picture of Porky Pig trying to say hi to James and he did NOT welcome it.
My favorite is w/Sylvester.
