Fish Food

We took the boys to feed the fish the day we went to the lake. I really like feeding the koi at the Japanese Water Gardens. But these fish? These fish just gross me out. But all three of my boys, hubby included, loved it. I liked this capture with the bread mid-air.

Hodge Podge

One of the things Thomas enjoys at David's folks house is all the things they have to keep a little boy busy. Wanda let him dump out this bucket of...stuff...and let him create to his heart's content.

Racing For Home

While we were in Lubbock, we went to go see my cousin Jeremy's son, Kasen, play t-ball. He's a natural athlete and it was fun watching him play. If he's this good at four, what will he be like in 10 or 20 years? In this play, he was playing pitcher, caught the ball, and raced the third base runner home. Do you think he caught him in time?
On a photographic note, I was having too much fun chatting with my family in the stands to get down by the field for better photos. That's why the fence is in the shot. I couldn't decide between cropping the fence out which would have removed the runner's legs or leave it as it was. Opinions? I know you've got them. :-)

Snake Boy

We went to the zoo yesterday with an old friend of mine from elementary school. Normally, you'd never catch me at the zoo when it's 100 degrees outside, but for her I made an exception. The snakes were VERY active yesterday. Guess they like the heat. This snake really liked Jonathan and vice versa. Everything isn't exactly in focus, but you get the picture.

Snail

Thomas spent some of his time in Lubbock collecting snails. Wanda's job was to walk behind him carrying the bucket to put the snails in.

More Windmill Farm

Another photo of the windmill farm. Different orientation. Maybe even the same red car.

No more windmill photos tomorrow. :-)
